Chris was good but the overall experience was average to below average. There were scratches on my car when I picked it up that were not there when I dropped it off. The service person I picked the car up from, not Chris, had someone try to buff them out but, they didn't come out completely. That person said someone would have a service manager call me the next day and, to date, no one has ever called me to make it right. I was disappointed in the lack of follow-up.

Chris Larson hands down is the Best Service Advisor I've ever dealt with. Yall need to give him a raise because he goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I had so many problems with the 1st car I got there and every single time I had a issue he was on the Ball with whatever I needed. He's A Service Advisor But A Parent 1st so he had compassion and understood what I was dealing with having paid for a new (used) car that was at the dealership more than it should've been. I appreciate him so much for all his hard work and dedication towards me so I know he goes the extra mile for all of his customers.
