My passion for the Mazda brand and my meticulous attention to detail empower me to diagnose and resolve automotive issues efficiently. I believe in fostering a strong rapport with my clients, actively listening and understanding their concerns. Outside of work, I'm a proud father of two boys under 12 who keep me on my toes. I'm also a mountain biker, runner, and artist, finding inspiration in the outdoors and creativity. My travels have taken me across most states, but I remain deeply rooted in our local community. Chris was good but the overall experience was average to below average. There were scratches on my car when I picked it up that were not there when I dropped it off. The service person I picked the car up from, not Chris, had someone try to buff them out but, they didn't come out completely. That person said someone would have a service manager call me the next day and, to date, no one has ever called me to make it right. I was disappointed in the lack of follow-up.
