My passion for the Mazda brand and my meticulous attention to detail empower me to diagnose and resolve automotive issues efficiently. I believe in fostering a strong rapport with my clients, actively listening and understanding their concerns. Outside of work, I'm a proud father of two boys under 12 who keep me on my toes. I'm also a mountain biker, runner, and artist, finding inspiration in the outdoors and creativity. My travels have taken me across most states, but I remain deeply rooted in our local community. Experience with Chris was fine. Communicated well. But I paid for a fix and that fix didn’t fix the problem. When we brought it back, the tech couldn’t recreate the problem so nothing was done. Now it seems to have more/bigger issues. I am at a loss. Situation is frustrating. Chris did what is expected of him in his position.
