Hello and welcome! As service advisor, I enjoy doing my part to help customers keep their cars running smoothly and safely. I’m a car guy, in general, with a true appreciation for the Mazda brand. I enjoy learning on the job—it’s been great working with the colleagues and customers of this dealership. Originally from Colby, WI, I studied at UW-River Falls. In my free time, I like playing Minecraft and taking my Mustang to car meets—it’s a lot of fun seeing the amazing cars out there. I also enjoy flower gardening, mid-century architecture and design. Around here, I’m known for my friendly approach to customer care—and my steady diet of Pop Tarts and Mountain Dew.

Extremely disappointing experience. This situation wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress for both me and my wife. The brake warning issue on my Mitsubishi ended up being related to brake fluid, something that should have been identified but was apparently missed. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, I was given explanations that did not seem accurate, including being told my grille was bent because someone backed into it. On top of that, I was quoted around $900 out of pocket based on information that I now question. I expected accurate diagnostics, transparency, and honest communication, but this experience created more frustration than solutions.
