Hello and welcome! As service advisor, I enjoy doing my part to help customers keep their cars running smoothly and safely. I’m a car guy, in general, with a true appreciation for the Mazda brand. I enjoy learning on the job—it’s been great working with the colleagues and customers of this dealership. Originally from Colby, WI, I studied at UW-River Falls. In my free time, I like playing Minecraft and taking my Mustang to car meets—it’s a lot of fun seeing the amazing cars out there. I also enjoy flower gardening, mid-century architecture and design. Around here, I’m known for my friendly approach to customer care—and my steady diet of Pop Tarts and Mountain Dew.

Eric was an excellent professional, with a friendly attitude, and a willingness to help. I appreciated the time he took to talk about what the techs found, the cost breakdown, options, and what the process was going to be for each. I normally dread any sort of vehicle maintenance, but Eric made the whole process smooth, even when there was a hiccup with the repair. Someone give this man a promotion. Aside from that, the whole team there was outstanding and I cannot recommend highly enough the service department here.
