I gave him 6 for being there and speaking to costumers. My experience with him is one of the worst experiences ever. Imagine, you paid for a repair, and you found out after making the payment, and while you are still on the merchant's premises, the vehicle still have the same issue. I don't understand. I thought they were supposed to be professionals?
